Bloom is a single player game by QuickFun, a label of Fenetre Group LLC. This page explains what the app does with data. The short version: the game itself keeps everything on your device, ads are the one thing that talk to the internet, and you can buy the Supporter upgrade without giving us any personal information.
Your game saves, run history, statistics, collection and settings are stored only on your device, in the app's private storage. They are deleted when you uninstall the app. We have no accounts, no servers and no way to see them.
The free version of Bloom shows an occasional full screen ad between seasons. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which is part of Google. To show and measure ads, AdMob may collect:
This data goes to Google and to the advertising partners Google works with. It is not collected by QuickFun and we do not store it. How Google uses it is described in Google's privacy policy and in how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Before the first ad, people in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and some US states are shown a consent form. You can change your choice at any time in the app under Settings, Privacy choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization in your device's Google settings.
Buying the Supporter upgrade removes ads. After that the app makes no ad requests.
The Supporter upgrade is a one time purchase handled by Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment and gives us only a confirmation that the purchase exists, tied to your Google Play account, so it can be restored on a new device. We never see your payment details or your name. Google's handling of purchase data is covered by Google Play's terms and privacy policy.

Bloom is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them. The app has no chat, no user generated content and nothing that can be bought other than the Supporter upgrade.
If this policy changes, the new version is published at this address with a new effective date and the change is noted in the app's release notes on Google Play.
